As a practicing attorney focused on elder law and estate planning, Ray observes firsthand how our high taxes hurt the most vulnerable members of our community and force the most successful to move out. He currently serves as the Ranking Minority Member of the Aging Committee, and on the Committees on Insurance, Housing, Health and Ways & Means.
