George is the Executive Director of Partners for a Livable Western New York. George has practiced real estate law for over 35 years and has statewide experience in creating condominiums and homeowners associations.
Together, Peter Hunt leads the discussion on new urbanism. George Grasser explains why new urbanist communities look better because of better planning and development of space. People are becoming more and more interested in urbanist communities because they drive less, everything is within walking distance and there is more interaction between others.
