4/27 Judge Michael Kelleher and Bill Severyn

This week, Guest Host, Linda Mallia welcomes Judge Michael Kelleher and Bill Severyn to the show!

J. Michael Kelleher has focused his practice in commercial and residential real estate as well probate, estate planning and corporate law since 1970. He is a member of the Real Estate and Estate Practice and Procedure Committees of the Erie County Bar Association.


Bill Severyn is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and our Broker Consultant leading the HUNT ERA Lancaster Branch.

Together, Linda Mallia leads the discussion on the current housing market. Bill Severyn explains that the market is very busy right now as many sellers are getting multiple offers. This is great for the sellers but frustrating for buyers. If a buyer knows that there are many offers on the house they need to put forth the best offer possible which could be over the asking price.

Judge Michael Kelleher explains why its necessary to have an attorney while buying or selling a home. The attorney is there to protect you to review all the terms and conditions.
